Ingredients:
Lamb
- 1 lb of Ground Lamb
- 1/2 of an onion caramelized (cooked on low in butter till edges are just turning dark)
- 2 Tablespoons Marmara
- 1/2 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Egg
- A slice of stale bread or handful of crackers dunked in milk
- Chopped herbs like parsley, cilantro, or mint
- Green onions
Sauce
- 1 cup whole yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon
- 1/2 cup of water
Preparation:
1.Place all ingredients in a food processor or mix with hands.
2.Form into long sausage like shapes around a skewer.
3.Place on grill or hot skillet.
4.Cooking as if it has three sides for about 3-4 mins on each side.
5.To make the sauce put all the ingredients in a bowl and slowly add water while whipping it till you get the consistency you like.
Ingredients:
Cucumber Salad
- 1 Cucumber - Peeled
- 1 Tomato - Chopped
- 1 Onion - Thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Water

Preparation:
1.Prep and cut veggies placing them in a bowl together.
2.Next add the water, vinegar, and evoo into the bowl.
3.Mix everything together then serve.
